In 1980 Terri became a loan processor for residential real estate with First National Bank of Anchorage. "I am particularly proud of the funding options I was able to provide my borrowers that other lenders would not or could not offer; Thanks to my commitment and efforts on behalf of every client, there are numerous families today who are now proud homeowners because I went the extra step and got their loans closed."

Terri joined the Willamette Valley Title Company in Salem Oregon in 1985 as a Certified Escrow Secretary (CES), then later a Certified Escrow Officer (CEO). She has worked closely with many Real Estate Agents and has a well established reputation for professionalism and ability within the real estate community. No doubt based on Terri’s commitment to become among the best in her profession. "Teamwork is very important to me, but individually I focus on advancing my skills and knowledge through continued education and experience; My clients rely on me to be the industry expert, and I take that role very seriously."

Terri used her vast years of experience, and her reputation for professionalism, to join with two other partners to open their own office in an effort to provide the absolute best education and service around to her fellow agents and valued clients. After numerous interviews and research Terri’s new team chose to join the Realty World franchise. "By joining our team with Realty World’s team we now had the best training and educational system available for our agents and this of course is a huge benefit when representing clients."

Terri rapidly expanded their operation to 45 skilled agents. But she didn't stop there! Her team soon opened a branch office in Silverton Oregon. During this time Terri held top production in the Northwest Region of the US and Canada in Commercial Real Estate in 1992 and 1993. She then had the prestigious honor to speak on her years of real estate production and achievement at the Canadian Convention Cruise from Vancouver BC to Los Angeles. By dedicating herself to additional and extensive education made available for agents through the Realty World Conventions, Terri received her GRI and CRS certification.

"One of my most treasured memories was being selected to speak at the world renowned Wickman Hall of Stars Convention in Las Vegas, Nevada." The Wickman Convention attracted top Realtor©s from around the globe and Terri was specifically chosen to share with those in attendance what helped make her among the best in her field. "It was a fearful and joyous experience, standing on stage and speaking to the absolute best Realtor©s in the industry... not to mention the fact they were hanging on my every word and taking notes!"

In 1995 it was time for Terri to slow down a bit from the hectic pace of being a top producing Realtor© and start enjoying a little more of the fruits of her years of success in the business. "We sold our companies, wanting a little slower lifestyle, then moved to our current home in Chiloquin while still continuing to work as a Real Estate professional locally. Terri continues her education and is currently working on her Master of Real Estate (MRE) designation, "I feel my education and understanding of the real estate business give my customers and clients the absolute best service and support I can provide them with one the largest investments they‘ll probably ever make in the entire lives.
