BONNIE SCHINMANN is a self driven individual, having been in business for herself for many years. She managed numerous stores for the Southland Corporation and trained for supervisor positions at the corporate level. She won many awards for the most sales in the region. After the corporate scene, Bonnie and her husband Skip decided for a change of lifestyle. She became a cowboy; working with cattle she became proficient in all facets of being a true cowboy. Most of this type of work was done on the breaks of the Columbia River. Then her husband became the cattle manager at Tulana Farms here in the area. She continued to work with him until one day she decided to get out of the cold. Bonnie engaged in intense professional real estate classes in Medford before obtaining her license to sell real estate in 1997. She then decided to hang her shingle at Crater Lake Realty, Inc. Bonnie specializes in finding the right property for her clients. She works very closely with her clients, buyers and sellers alike, attending to all their needs. She anticipates the complications and complexities of real estate and has a profound ability for attention to detail. She enjoys the art of negotiation and is exceptional in this area. Her ability to market and sell property is excellent. Much of her business is from referrals from satisfied clients. Her eleven years in the industry speaks for itself, with those kinds of referrals. She strives to stay in tune to the real estate market by setting high standards, working hard, being committed, and always continuing her education within the realm of real estate. She also takes an active role in the community. She is the director of government on the Klamath County Board of Directors of Klamath County Association of Realtors.
